Enclosure
The Enclosure Model is a self-contained vertical platform lift. It consists of a drive mast, passenger platform, and a door/gate. Additionally, it includes factory-manufactured walls that enclose the lift. This style can normally be installed without site modifications. The enclosure itself features an attractive extruded aluminum frame. It also includes panels made of steel, plexiglas, or safety glass. Custom materials, colors, and graphics are available.

Unenclosed
Unenclosed Vertical Platform Lifts are for low rise locations (max. 5′0″ in public buildings). Stages and entryways are common uses for the unenclosed lift. They have a safety pan underneath to protect the space below, rather than an enclosure.
